Terms of service

Placeholder. These are plain-language working terms, not legal advice. Have a solicitor review them before you take real payments — particularly the sections on scanning third-party websites and on liability.

What the service does

FormWatcher tests whether the conversion journeys on a website can be completed, and reports what it observed. It is a monitoring and diagnostic tool.

What it does not guarantee

A passing result means the journeys we tested worked at the time we tested them, to the point we tested them. It is not a guarantee that your website will capture every lead, and a scan that finds nothing is not a warranty that nothing is wrong.

Scanning websites

You may run a free scan on any publicly accessible website. Deeper testing — anything that submits a form or creates a record — requires you to confirm you are authorised to test that domain. You are responsible for having that authority.

Acceptable use

Do not use FormWatcher to load-test, disrupt, or repeatedly probe websites you do not control. We rate-limit scans per domain and may suspend accounts that attempt to work around those limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data is retained so you can return.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost business resulting from a website fault we did not detect, or from a fault we reported that was not acted upon.
